Who we are
This privacy policy is issued by the operator of the KVADRAT online service (kvadratcom.com), a real-estate listings marketplace for Ukraine. The service is available in Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
What data we collect
We process only data needed to run the marketplace: your account, listings, contact with sellers, paid services, and technical security.
- Account: email address, the name you provide, a hashed password (if you register without Google), profile photo, contacts (phone, Telegram, and similar), and default city.
- Listings and messages that you publish or send through the service.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, interface language, and service logs for security and diagnostics.
Google account data
If you tap Continue with Google, we receive from Google only the data needed to sign you in: your Google account identifier, verified email address, name, and profile photo URL. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or Calendar.
- Use: create or sign in to a KVADRAT account, display your name on the site, and store the profile photo if you have not uploaded your own.
- We do not sell Google user data and do not use it for advertising, profiling, or retargeting independent of Google. Google data is not shared with other advertising networks and is not used to determine creditworthiness.
- The Google link is stored as an external login (Google account identifier) with your KVADRAT account until you delete the account.
How we use data
We use data to provide the service: sign you in, show and publish listings, send email verification, process promotion payments, prevent fraud, and comply with Ukrainian personal-data law.
When we share data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors required to run the service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, Google Sign-In) or when the law requires it. Processors receive only what they need for that function.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while the account is active. You can delete the account in the cabinet (Profile or Security). After deletion the account is blocked, listings are hidden from search, and sessions end. Some technical logs and financial records may be kept as long as law or accounting requires.
Your rights
You can view and edit your profile in the cabinet, remove Google Sign-In by deleting the account, or send a personal-data request from the email address registered on the account via the cabinet on kvadratcom.com.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your sign-in session, interface language, and selected city in the browser so the service still works after reload. These are not third-party advertising trackers.
Children
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
Changes
If these rules change, we will update this page and the date at the top. The current version is always on kvadratcom.com.
How to contact us
The operator is KVADRAT, website https://kvadratcom.com. Send personal-data and Google Sign-In requests from the email registered on the account via the cabinet on the site. We do not publish a separate mailbox for these requests, to avoid collecting unrelated third-party mail.
