The service
KVADRAT (kvadratcom.com) is an online real-estate listings marketplace. We provide the technical means to publish, search, and view listings. We are not a party to deals between users and do not guarantee that a sale, rental, or other property contract will be made or performed.
Your account
Publishing listings and using the cabinet requires an account. You may register with email and password or with Google Sign-In. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping access to your account.
Listings
You warrant that you are allowed to publish the property information and that it is not misleading. Fraud, other people’s personal data without a basis, unlawful content, and attempts to bypass moderation are prohibited.
Paid services
Basic listing may be free. Optional promotion (for example highlighting a listing) is charged at the rates shown in the cabinet. Payments are processed by a payment provider; we do not store full bank-card numbers.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for user listing content, the availability of third-party services (including Google), or losses from deals between users, except where Ukrainian mandatory law requires otherwise.
Termination
We may restrict or delete an account and listings if these terms, the law, or other people’s rights are violated. You may stop using the service by deleting the account in the cabinet.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If one provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
