Apartment for sale

Description

I'm selling my apartment at 11 Oshchepkova Street. I'm not a realtor.

Ideal one-bedroom apartment on the third floor of a five-story brick building, custom-made. Complete renovation. We lived in it for a couple of years before the war, then it was empty, but it wasn't rented out during the war!

Expensive metal-plastic windows, laminate flooring on a thick underlay, walls covered with two layers of drywall on a sturdy frame, a supply ventilation system for quick ventilation and a constant flow of fresh air from outside, radiators and a riser have been replaced. Completely new wiring, installed by a trusted electrician, includes 2.5 mm for power lines, 1.5 mm for lighting, and separate lines for the oven and water heater. Gorgeous, bright lighting, and a matte suspended ceiling. Tile in the hallway and bathroom. Convenient layout with a vestibule that blocks excess cold from the entryway and serves as a cleanout area. The walls and floor are smooth. The walls in the kitchen and hallway are covered with two layers of thick matte varnish and are easy to clean with detergent. Built-in microwave.
