2-room apartment, 67 sq.m.

Description

Residential complex "Vidradny 2", ave. Vidradny, 2. This apartment became our long-awaited home - bright, spacious and cozy, created for a comfortable family life. We lived here for a little over a year and later moved abroad. That is why we have now decided to sell it. The apartment is located on the 8th floor of a 24-story building, put into operation in the fall of 2019. The total area is 67.5 m #178;. Very comfortable and thoughtful layout: large kitchen 17.6 m #178;, separate bedroom 18.2 m #178;, living room 17.7 m #178;, spacious hallway, bathroom and separate toilet. The apartment was completely furnished according to an individual design project for our family. The apartment was furnished for ourselves, not for rent or sale, so a lot of attention was paid to comfort and details. The apartment has a lot of space and light, and each area is thought out for everyday life. It is equipped with all the necessary built-in appliances, a robot vacuum cleaner, a TV, air conditioning, a kettle, etc.
