Apartment for sale 2-room. 67.5 m² 8/24 floor.

Description

We are selling our own 2-room apartment in the residential complex "Vidradny 2", 2 Vidradny Ave.

This apartment has become our long-awaited home - bright, spacious and cozy, created for a comfortable family life. We lived here for a little over a year and later moved abroad. That is why we have now decided to sell it.

The apartment is located on the 8th floor of a 24-story building, put into operation in the fall of 2019. The total area is 67.5 m².

Very comfortable and thoughtful layout: a large kitchen of 17.6 m², a separate bedroom of 18.2 m², a living room of 17.7 m², a spacious hallway, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment was completely furnished according to an individual design project for our family.

The apartment was furnished for ourselves, not for rent or sale, so a lot of attention was paid to comfort and details. The apartment has a lot of space and light, and each area is thought out for everyday life. Equipped with all the necessary built-in appliances, a robot vacuum cleaner, a TV, air conditioning, a kettle, etc.
