Sale / Apartment at вул. Єфремова, New Construction

Description

Why this building is unique

This is the first building in Lviv with a car lift (park lift) – at the time of construction, it was an absolutely new technology for the city, which other new constructions quickly adopted.
Uninterrupted power supply – the building is equipped with backup power, so power outages in the city are not a problem for residents.
There are a total of 25 apartments in the building, and 20 families are currently living there – a cozy, "non-through courtyard" format where you know your neighbors in person, not like in large new constructions with hundreds of apartments.
Concierge at the entrance – access control, receiving mail/packages, additional security.
Video surveillance in the courtyard and in common areas.
Closed back courtyards – a quiet private space within the neighborhood, protected from street noise and strangers.
