Apartment. Marseilles Street, Odessa

Description

I am renting a separate 3-room apartment on Semen Petliya/Marseilles, located at Marseilles 27. The apartment has necessary furniture and household appliances. The apartment is warm, with a 10 cm ceramic insulation on the floor, and heating is connected directly to the apartment from below, unlike from the 9th floor, so the radiators are warm in winter. There are schools, kindergartens, supermarkets, and bus stops nearby. The rental price is 8000 hryvnias for up to 4 people and without pets, and 9000 hryvnias if there are more than 3 people and with pets. Also, during power outages, you have the option of cooking on gas, you will never be stuck in an unlit elevator, and with young children in a stroller, you will not need to carry the stroller up the stairs from high floors during power outages, and children will not be cold in winter, and there is greater safety during missile attacks as they mainly target the upper floors flying very low over buildings.
