I like apartments with a well-organized space. When you enter and do not have to spend a long time figuring out how to live here, where to put furniture, and why the designer came up with a particular angle. Here, 105 square meters are really well-organized.
A large living room, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, and at the same time, the space is not turned into one endless hall. Each zone has its own place, but together they give the feeling of volume and air, which you especially appreciate in a large apartment.
I like the atmosphere itself. Bright, quiet, with good proportions of the rooms. The 15th floor adds light and opens a view of the city.
The renovation was done for oneself, and this is noticeable in the details. Large built-in wardrobes in the hallway almost merge into the walls, hidden mounting of doors, thought-out lighting, air conditioning, enough places for storage. The interior is restrained, without a desire to fill every free meter with decor.
I would especially note the living room. It is truly large - not just "spacious" in the text.
