Room for sale 17 sq. m. on Maksima Berlinskogo St. • ID 34

Description

I will sell a room of 18 m² in a communal apartment near the Dorogozhychi metro station I will sell a room of 18 m² in a communal apartment on Maksima Berlinskogo Street, near the Dorogozhychi metro station. The room is sold in condition, as in the photo, without repair. There is a private storage room, which is a great advantage for storing things. The communal apartment consists of 5 rooms. Currently, residents live in four rooms: in three rooms there are quiet tenants who actually live in the apartment, another room belongs to the owner. Living conditions are communal: shared kitchen, bathroom and corridor. The neighbors are mostly quiet, but the owner of one of the rooms leads a somewhat restless lifestyle and periodically drinks alcohol. Therefore, I do not position the apartment as an ideally quiet communal apartment, I will honestly report the real living conditions. The house is located in a convenient area: near the Dorogozhychi metro station, shops, transport, pharmacies and all the necessary city infrastructure. The room is suitable both for own residence and as an investment for rent. Currently
