Description
Like a peaceful spring:
Silence from all sides!
Building and floor:
5-story building on Bratislavskaya Street (near "Youth"). Only roof and stars above. No children, no footsteps at night, no moving furniture. No elevator, but your legs will be like an athlete's!
Inside:
Fresh sofa (like a king), giant wardrobe, washing machine, and our main advantage: gas stove. Lights off? You have hot food, boiling kettle, and a beautiful life. Windows overlook the courtyard, complete silence. Windows without protective film, but the owner is open to suggestions for improvement.
Location:
3 minutes to the store. 5 minutes to the bus stop near the market. 5 minutes to "Chernygovskaya" metro station by transport. From there, you can go to Troyechya or Pechersk or Харьковский without transfers.
Looking for:
An adequate person who can pay on time and does not have a circus of wild bears in the apartment. Order and silence are your main keys. Children and pets are negotiable.
