Very nice and high-quality apartment, with fully equipped interior! I lived in it for a year, did all the work myself! Individual heating with an efficient, economical condensing gas boiler and automatic servo drives on a water paddle from the TECH company. Water heating throughout the apartment (controlled by phone and works very well). I also installed an inverter premium multi-split air conditioning system from Mitsubishi Electric, with motion sensors (optionally directs airflow to a person or conversely away from a person), which can heat down to -25°C and an electric water heater (as needed, in addition to the gas boiler, which also heats water). I also installed a line (monolithic 3x4 cable for installing the electric boiler (just in case). That is, 2 full heating and water heating systems! All electricity is done with "Z3KM" monolithic cables with "correct" automatic switches, differential switches and a surge protector from the best companies.
