Description
Attention, this rental advertisement is original, all other similar advertisements are clones from realtors.
I am renting out my own 2-bedroom apartment, in which I lived from 2008 to 2022. I am the only owner.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of a 22-story building. The building has 2 passenger elevators and 1 freight elevator. 1 entrance with concierge. There is a basement.
The building is conveniently located in a courtyard, which protects it from street noise. Near the building there are children's playgrounds, sports grounds, park, schools, kindergartens, parking, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, medical facilities, notaries, etc.
The nearest metro station, Poczynki, is a 15-minute walk.
The apartment has been renovated, with all necessary furniture and household appliances for comfortable living (2 televisions, 2 air conditioners, refrigerator, stove, oven, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, boiler, vacuum cleaner, iron).
The apartment is warm, in winter the temperature is around +22.
