Description
Second floor at Kurbas, 5. Is the elevator out of service? It's quite purple, you're already home.
Convenience for those who value time:
3 minutes to the bus: jump on it and head to Podil, Chokolivka, or the Train Station.
5 minutes to the express tram: 20 minutes without any traffic jams, and you're already enjoying coffee.
7 minutes to "Velmart": go for bread and come back with two bags of groceries.
Regarding technology and atmosphere:
Gas stove: the main feature of our time. No matter how dark the city gets, you'll always have hot tea and fried potatoes.
Washing machine Ardesto and microwave: working like a clock.
Wall carpets: this is not just nostalgia, it's your personal acoustic shield. You don't hear your neighbor coughing, and your neighbor doesn't hear your thoughts.
Furniture: large bed (sleep like a king), sofa, wardrobe, dresser. All in good condition, will survive any apocalypse.
