Description

For sale is a 3-bedroom apartment with an area of 61.57 square meters, located on the second floor of a two-story building. Two rooms are adjacent, one is separate. There is a balcony. Very quiet courtyard. High-quality cosmetic renovation has been done. Suspended ceilings throughout, except in the bathroom and toilet. Very warm apartment!
No registered residents. Not enough money was available to finish the kitchen and bathroom. But it's up to your taste. New plumbing, replaced pipes, sewage, new wiring. Gas boiler.
The apartment was purchased for the children's wedding. Unfortunately, the war...
It's too big for me. Therefore, an exchange for a 1-2-bedroom apartment with your supplement is also possible.
