Apartment for Sale - Berkovets

Description

Our life is currently making adjustments and our daily routine.
Power outages require having your own generator or an inverter system. Difficult with elevators, with water. Need a shelter near the house, and preferably in the house.

I am currently selling a wonderful 1-bedroom apartment in the closed Welcome Home complex at Stecenka 75-D near the LAVINA shopping center.
Low-rise houses, PRIVATE boiler, AIS for everything.
There is water, heating, and internet during power outages.
Apartment on the first floor, which gives it several advantages.
Independence from the elevator, and the possibility of using the lawn in front of your own balcony.
In the summer, you can have a picnic, and in a difficult winter, set up a grill and cook food.
In addition, there are basement rooms under the apartment, which serve as a shelter.
The windows of the apartment overlook a quiet street, not a highway.
A large supermarket NOVUS is nearby, and there is a small grocery store in the building. And 10 minutes to Lavina. Access to two metro lines (15 minutes to Syrets and Akademcity).
I am writing so much about the location, because it is a very important aspect of real estate.
