We are renting a 3-bedroom apartment on the 8th floor of a 9-story building. This is a simple, clean, and cozy apartment where several generations of our family have lived. There is no "luxury renovation", but it is neat and homely. In person, it looks even better than in the photos. All the appliances in the photos are included.
Area and infrastructure:
Very convenient location for living: near schools, kindergartens, shops, markets, cafes. 15 minutes walk to the Roshen fountain and the embankment. Private courtyard, well-maintained. Excellent view of the stadium from the window, children are always under supervision.
Building and neighbors:
Normal entrance, people keep it clean, quite tidy. Neighbors are reasonable, no excessive behavior. Family with young children lives upstairs.
Rental terms:
Price: 23,000 UAH/month + utilities.
Deposit (order/cleaning): 8,000 UAH (returned upon departure).
Payment: first and last month. Minimum term: 6 months.
Pets: only cats (cats must be neutered). No dogs of any breed! This is a conscious decision: in a panel building, a dog barking all day is noise and stress.
