While most apartments of this size are being sold with bare walls, here everything is well-thought-out: a handcrafted oak table and chest of drawers, a kitchen with BLUM furniture, Siemens and Electrolux appliances, a Liebherr refrigerator, and a new cast iron bathtub. Parquet flooring, a wardrobe, a 160 cm bed with a storage niche, and a Rehau-glazed balcony. The apartment is additionally insulated, with an electric floor and an 80 liter boiler. It is fully furnished.

50 m² on the 12th floor, facing west, so the rooms have warm light from the west sun in the evenings.

Building from 2014. There is a basement parking, and a parking space can be discussed separately. A generator ensures the operation of the elevator, heating, water, and electricity in the entrance. There are shops, cafes, a pharmacy, children's and sports grounds on the territory. The US embassy and schools with kindergartens are nearby.
