I am renting out a spacious 3-room apartment in Kyiv, Liskivska Street, 20.
Price: 17,000 UAH/month + utilities.
The apartment is 100 m², located on the 15th floor.
Three separate rooms, a separate bathroom and toilet, balcony.
I immediately note an important point regarding power outages:
There is no generator for the elevators and no backup power for the apartment/building. Therefore, the elevators do not work during power outages.
The apartment is connected to fiber optic internet, has a boiler and dishwasher.
All necessary amenities are nearby: supermarkets, schools, kindergartens, public transport stops and other infrastructure.
PETS ARE ALLOWED!
Children are welcome.
I am the owner of the apartment, no commission.
Upon move-in, the following are paid: first month's rent + a security deposit equal to the monthly rent.
