Description
For sale: a 2-bedroom apartment, "stank", in the area of StaroMostova Square. Gas stove and gas column (remain). The building is on a critical infrastructure line, so electricity is only switched off during the worst periods. The yard is completely enclosed on all sides, well-maintained, with a children's playground in the neighboring yard, and space for parking a car. The building has a shelter. The roof is new, all windows in the entrance are made of metal-plastic, the main electrical network has been completely replaced to minimize risks during voltage fluctuations. The electrical wiring in the apartment has been partially replaced. The plumbing (pipes and riser) was replaced in May, and a new toilet was also installed. I planned to do repairs in the bathroom, but the money went to prosthetic surgery, so the work was not started. There is leading internet + WiFi.
