Pechersk. Room for reasonable people. Without unnecessary questions and drama.
I am renting a room in a 3-room apartment on Lesya Ukrainka Boulevard, 13.
This is an option for those who value their time, dislike unnecessary movements, and know how to follow basic rules of cohabitation.
What I offer:
Location: 5 minutes walk to the "Pecherska" metro station, 15 minutes to the Culture University. Perfect transport hub (direct routes to the Sports Palace, Arsenal, Zverinetskaya, and the left bank).
Room: Bright, cozy, quiet (noise from the road does not reach inside). Inside - a double bed and a rail for clothes.
Amenities: Gas stove, gas column (hot water will always be available), washing machine, Wi-Fi.
Terms: 6000 UAH per month. Utilities are included in the price. No hidden payments, no deposits, no payment for the last month. You simply pay for living and live.
Agent commission: 50% of the rental price (one-time).
