Long-Term Rental Apartment

Description

I am renting a cozy apartment in the center of Zdolbunov-2 for a period of at least six months. The store and pharmacy are within a minute's walk, there are two bus stops, and it takes 1630 minutes to get to Rivne city center.
Before renting, I have thoroughly cleaned and repainted the walls, so the inside is clean and pleasant. There is a double bed, sofa, two armchairs, a new wardrobe less than half a year old.
Equipment: refrigerator used for less than half a year, washing machine, gas stove, dishes, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, iron, and two heaters.
Payment plus utilities (in summer ~1000 UAH, in winter with heating ~2400 UAH). Call to arrange a viewing, and we can agree on a price.
