Description

For sale: 3-bedroom apartment in Heroiv Pravo Sektoru (Right Sector). 3/5, not a corner, brick house, entrance room, living room. Needs renovation. Reasonable price for an apartment in need of renovation. If you want to take a dwelling with freshly painted walls for 13-14 thousand to then renovate it yourself, it's better to pay 6 thousand for renovation "for yourself" than to give the seller. With current prices for building materials and for renovation services, which are currently very high, it's better to either take it with a good renovation (but that's a different price) or to find the cheapest option to invest the savings in renovation. Iron entrance door, meters for everything, wooden balcony. Very nice courtyard, school in the courtyard, pool outside the house, Delvi store practically in the courtyard, gazebo with a barbecue opposite the entrance. Symbolic price, the owners understand how expensive renovation is now. Call.
