Description
Selling my spacious one-bedroom apartment with new renovation, close to School #6. Nearby: children's hospital, public transport stop, "ATB" supermarket, "Eva" store, "Nova Poshta", cafe, etc. 600 meters - "Peremista" park.
The building is panel, five-story, gasified, which is important during emergencies, has good sound insulation, unlike new buildings, quiet yard, pleasant neighbors (without exaggeration). The apartment is sold with furniture and appliances (as in the photos), without commission! The only drawback is the condition of the entrance (painted walls), however, there are no external odors (tobacco, drainage, humidity), all windows were recently replaced, so the ЖЕК (housing management) can refresh the interior.
