We are selling our spacious 3-room apartment with an area of 70 m² on Grusevych Street.
Right across the street is the central "Pere Moya" park.

The renovation was done three years ago for ourselves. We did not just refresh the apartment, but completely replaced the electricity, installed new radiators in all rooms, new entrance and interior doors, chandeliers.
