2-room apartment Liskivska st. Pochaina Livoberezhna Li

Description

68 square meters, which one day will cease to be just an apartment. They will become your home. Imagine a morning. While Kyiv is just waking up, you are already standing with a cup of coffee on a spacious glass balcony. In front of you are not the neighbor's windows, but the horizon. The same view that even in ten years you will not want to exchange for curtains. It is easy to breathe in this apartment. It is two-sided, so the sun visits here during the day, and in winter the house of 2001 reliably retains heat. In the kitchen there is enough space not only to cook dinner, but also to gather the whole family at one table. A separate bathroom will save you from morning family queues. Now imagine a normal weekday. Your child does not need to cross half the district - a modern kindergarten is literally under the house. Across the street is a school, a lyceum and a swimming pool. ATB, EKO, Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta - everything is so close that most matters are resolved on the way home. And the most pleasant thing is. If you work on the other side of the river or often travel around the city, you won't have to rush your way every morning.
