Description

Syrets, Dorohozhychi, 3 Brativ Malakovykh St. One of the best and most practical houses in the city based on a special project from the Khrushchev era. A cozy 2-room apartment in a red brick house, insulated from the outside. Exceptionally warm in winter and cool in summer (stablely keeps 20-25' without any auxiliary means). There is only 1 flight of stairs to climb, although from the outside it is at the level of the 2nd floor. The entrance is neat and well-groomed. The rooms are separate, the kitchen is small, but very roomy. There is no balcony, but you can dry your laundry right outside the window in the fresh draft, which significantly speeds up the process. The renovation is fresh and major. All the wiring has been changed, the furniture is mostly new, including the washing machine and refrigerator. Near the house is Novus in the new "ZhK na Vavilovykh", and several grocery stores nearby (Food Market, Box, ATB). And also the Sports Complex "Syrets" with swimming pools, tennis courts and massage studios. A school in the yard and several more nearby, as well as many kindergartens, a children's and adult polyclinic, a hospital-
