Description
In those distant times, there was a pharmacy, a repair shop, then independence, and the building stood with a collapsed roof and broken windows. Neighbors admired the ruin, and in 2008 I started reconstruction, I covered the roof, strengthened the walls, installed water supply and sewage, electricity, it remains to connect the gas, dig a pipe and make a connection in the main pipe, the project is there, but family circumstances did not allow to finish the planned. The property is in the center of Lyubotin, with money and desire, it can be brought to the final stage and live in it, or as a hostel or other business. Exchange for a car is possible, even an unregistered one. Write if you have serious offers.
