For sale parking space

Description

For sale a very convenient parking space in the multi-story parking "Aquareli 2" on the 3rd floor of a 4-story parking. On the 4th floor there are offices. Transfer of ownership to the developer via sublease, cost 3000 hryvnia and more, no additional expenses. Unlike the 0th floor, which is constantly flooded after heavy rain and from a large car wash located also on the 0th floor nearby, the 3rd floor is dry and much cleaner. Also, do not confuse this multi-story parking with the single-story parking nearby, which has no security, inconvenient exit and water flows through the parking lot in the middle, it has been repaired 100 times and they still couldn't solve the problem. You will be very satisfied with the purchase. I live in Aquareli 2, so I can show you the parking space at any time.
