1-room apartment, 36 sq.m

Description

You are no longer a guest in someone else's apartment or a child who will still live with your parents, because it is more convenient for everyone. You are the full owner of your own corner on Zabolotnoye, 78. Thirty-five with a tail of squares that finally belong only to you. Not a corner, inside the house - so it is quiet here, like in a library. A sixteen-meter room easily becomes a bedroom, a workplace, and even a small cinema (the main thing is not to fall asleep in the middle of a movie). An eight-meter kitchen is just enough to cook dinner for two and not feel like you are cooking in a closet. And the best thing is that everything is already in its place: a sofa, a wardrobe, a stove, a refrigerator, a washing machine. There is nothing to look for, nothing to collect. You brought things in, turned on the light and you are already at home. Near the Teremky metro station, so you can quickly get where you need to go. Nearby are two large shopping centers with a cinema (Magellan and Respublika) - if you want dinner and a movie without long hikes.
