Historic building, built in 1901 according to the project of architect Mykola Yaskevych. Located directly opposite the National Opera of Ukraine, in the heart of Kyiv.

The building features characteristic architecture of old Kyiv, massive brick walls and high ceilings. The ceiling height in the apartment is approximately 4 meters.

A grand entrance hall with decorative elements, preserving the atmosphere of historical construction, is of particular interest. Among the characteristic details of the entrance hall, decorative tiles, sculptures, masks, a ceiling with motifs of musical instruments and restored frescoes.
