Booking of the house is by a 50% advance payment. A deposit of 2000 UAH is required upon check-in, which is returned upon check-out, provided that the rules are followed. After depositing the deposit, please provide a receipt, contact phone number, and the name of the guest. The number of guests and the presence of animals are discussed in advance. Only guests staying in the house may be on the territory.

BOOKING
If the booking is cancelled, the advance payment is returned if the cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance. The possibility of transferring the booking to another date is available.

CHECK-IN
Guests can check in from 2:00 PM local time.
Guests can check out by 11:00 AM local time.
Check-out after 11:00 AM is considered late and is paid separately. If the stay is extended, the guest must inform in advance.

The house is for 2 people
500 UAH per additional person per day
Maximum 4 guests
Pets by agreement with a deposit of 500 UAH for the entire period of booking.

Rules
- The house is handed over and received in a clean condition
Music/noise on the street is prohibited after 10:00 PM. Smoking (cigarettes, cigar, e-cigarettes) in the house is prohibited.
Silence is required after 10:00 PM (XXX) XXX-XX-XX local time.
