2) Do not accept teenagers, large noisy groups, lovers of loud music, with animals.

RULES FOR STAYING:
1) I keep the house clean and tidy. I accept the house clean.
2) Music in the yard is prohibited.
3) Smoking cigarettes, hookah, e-cigarettes in the house is prohibited.
4) Silence from 22.00 to 09.00

Standard check-in time 14.00, check-out 11.00.

THE COST OF STAY depends on the day of the week and the number of people:
MONDAY-THURSDAY from 5000 UAH/day.
FRIDAY, SATURDAY from 6000 UAH/day.
SUNDAY from 7000 UAH/day.
HOLIDAYS the rental price is negotiable.

Finnish sauna from 2000 UAH for 3 hours (in the photo is a smaller house, 40 sq.m).

Reservation with a deposit of 50%.
Upon arrival, a deposit of 3000 UAH + document (passport/driver's license). Upon departure, the deposit and the document are returned.
