RULES FOR STAYING:
1) I keep the house clean and tidy. I accept the house clean.
2) Music in the yard is prohibited.
3) Smoking cigarettes, hookah, e-cigarettes in the house is prohibited.
4) Silence from 22:00 to 09:00

Standard check-in time 14:00, check-out 11:00.

THE PRICE OF STAY depends on the day of the week and the number of people:
MONDAY-THURSDAY from 6000 UAH per day.
FRIDAY, SUNDAY from 7000 UAH per day.
SATURDAY from 8000 UAH per day.
HOLIDAYS the rental price is negotiable.

Finnish sauna - from 2000 UAH for 3 hours.

Booking with a deposit of 50%.
A deposit of 3000 UAH + document (driver's license/passport) is provided upon arrival. Upon departure, the deposit and the document are returned.
