About the ЖК

«Щасливий» is a large residential complex with a fenced area and security.

One of the main advantages is the developed infrastructure directly within the ЖК. There is a new post office, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, pizza and sushi, beauty salon, barbershop, dining room, zoo store, beer store, Up to You, and other stores and services.

So, everything necessary for everyday life is literally nearby. You don't need to go to the city to buy groceries, pick up a package, have a coffee, have dinner, or order dinner.
