The apartment has all the necessary dishes, a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, stove, and hood, vacuum cleaner, imported plumbing, a boiler, a shower with a thermostat, and a clothes dryer.

The apartment has a fire safety sensor, so smoking is prohibited. Pets and parties are strictly prohibited. The common areas of the complex are equipped with video surveillance cameras.
