Location:
The cooperative is located in the Sovin'yona area outside of Odessa, but at the same time, the road takes no more than 30 minutes. The main advantage of the cooperative is a large sandy beach with open and clean sea without breakers. Thus, the water circulates, not stagnant as on most Odessa beaches.

There is a 24-hour security, video surveillance system. Nearby the cottage there is a cafe and a summer restaurant directly on the sand with a chic sea view and an interesting Black Sea menu.

Two grocery stores are within walking distance. A full supermarket "Tavrida V" is located within 5 minutes by car, and the supermarkets "Metro" and "Epicenter" are within 15 minutes by car.
