Apartment. Odesa, Prince Volodymyr the Great Ave.

Description

A 2-room apartment is offered for sale for a long term at a very attractive price!
The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a five-story building at the address of Prince Volodymyr the Great 147/2.
Walk-through rooms, separate bathroom, balcony (not glazed).
It has a very simple living condition, but the windows are metal-plastic, the pipes have been partially replaced, there is an air conditioner. There is a problem with the roof above the apartment, during heavy rains it flows over one of the rooms and along the wall from the entrance side.
The condominium association will do a major roof repair this summer.
This is an apartment option for those who have a small budget and are not afraid to make repairs for themselves.
Bargaining to eliminate problems with the roof is possible!
Beautiful area, convenient infrastructure and transport interchange nearby.
