A house on chicken legs, almost the center of Odessa

Description

Description:

I am selling a unique house on chicken legs. There are practically no analogues on the market - the neighbors say that the last one like this was seen somewhere in a fairy tale.

The house is compact, cozy and very mobile: in good weather it can turn its windows to the sea on its own. No foundation is needed - four strong chicken legs are already included in the price.

Inside: one room, stove, table, stool and premium-class atmosphere. The roof is a little tired, the walls have seen life, but the object holds up confidently.

Advantages:

flooding is not terrible;
you can change the address without a tow truck;
no parking space is needed;
almost no neighbors;
a great option for a dacha, Airbnb or a witch's headquarters.

There are documents for the house. There are no documents for chicken legs - they are registered as an integral part of the property.

Bargaining at the gate. I will consider an exchange for a cottage by the sea with my additional payment.
