I am selling a cottage in Khortytskyi

Description

I will sell the dacha.
The house is built entirely of shell rock. Floor slabs have already been laid between the floors. To complete the construction, you only need to make a reinforcing belt and put the slabs on the roof. The roof slabs are available. There is also reinforcement, sand, crushed stone and boards for formwork.
There is a ready-made small summer house with a large canopy on the site. The summer house has a toilet and shower. The area near the summer house is paved with paving stones.
There is drinking water, electricity all year round and high-speed internet.
There is also a well on the site, solar panels, new metal-plastic windows for the entire house and a gear-driven concrete mixer.
There are two cesspools: one near the summer house (for a toilet and shower), the second - near a large unfinished house, with a volume of 10 m³.
Many neighbors live in the cooperative year-round, so the area is lively, well-kept, and safe.
The price for everything is $7,000.
