Description
Cozy 1-room apartment from the owner Mriya (Tyazhyliv) -- no commission!
Three minutes walk to the Mriya and ATB bus stop. Nearby is a school, three kindergartens, clubs and entertainment for children, shops and services, two lakes, all post offices. The area is actively developing, institutions are opening, a new residential complex and a shopping and office center are being built. There are enough parking spaces in the yard.
The apartment is on the 9th floor of a brick building, not corner, not with an elevator, with a spacious balcony. There is a full-fledged technical floor, all communications above the apartment have been replaced, roof repairs are being completed right now. The apartment is quiet, the neighbors are nice.
In 2017, repairs were made for myself, the wiring was completely changed (copper, 30+ sockets, voltage relays, automatic machines, RCDs), underfloor heating in the bathroom, individual storage system (large closet in the room and living room) to maximize the use of space. All windows are plastic, the entrance, balcony and interior doors are new. The floor in the kitchen, living room and the entire bathroom is modern tiles. There is a comfortable shower cabin.
Total area 28 m2 ideal
